Privacy policy: Polabel PO Barcode Labels

Who we are. Polabel PO Barcode Labels ("the app", "we") is a Shopify app operated by CorpCorp (owner: Nate Goldberg). Privacy requests and any other questions go to support@ordermailapp.com.

What the app accesses. With the merchant's permission (read_inventory_purchase_orders, read_products, read_inventory), the app reads the store's purchase orders (name, status, supplier name, destination and line items with quantities) and, for each line, the variant's title, SKU, price and barcodes, to print labels. It does not request or read orders, customers or staff data, and it changes nothing in the store.

What the app stores. The Shopify session for the store (needed to call the Shopify API on the merchant's behalf) and label jobs: the purchase order's ID and name, the label size, the start position and the number of labels per line, so the PDF link can be opened, and the dates the app first opened and last showed Shopify's review prompt. Product details are read when the PDF is made and are not stored.

Where data is processed. The app and its database run on Fly.io in Ashburn, Virginia, United States. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use it for any purpose other than making the merchant's labels.

Retention and deletion. Label jobs are deleted after 7 days. When the merchant uninstalls the app, all of the store's label jobs are deleted immediately, and anything left, including sessions, is deleted when Shopify sends the shop/redact request (48 hours after uninstall). Customer data requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact) are acknowledged; the app holds no customer data to return or delete.

Your rights. Merchants can uninstall the app at any time to delete everything. For any other request about your data, including access, correction or deletion, email support@ordermailapp.com.

Changes. If this policy changes, we update the date above and, for material changes, tell merchants in the app.
